ALMA ZINE

This project was designed as part of my final major project for my final year. It is a zine that gives Filipino members of the LGBT+ community to share their experiences and advice on sexual and gender identity. This is to inspire and encourage Filipinos that struggle with their identity to embrace who they are and feel accepted.

Designed in a scrapbook style as I found art and design a way to express my inner fear of judgement for being queer. It communicated when I struggled to speak aloud to my friends and family and find that it is a powerful art form to illustrate what is within us and what we are capable of becoming.
